My approach
I view therapy as a unique opportunity to focus entirely on yourself and what you need to thrive. It is also a space to explore your choices and how you want to navigate your life.Therapy should be a collaborative process. My aim is to establish strong, supportive connections with you and your loved ones and to accompany you on the path of healing and growth that you've courageously embarked upon. Together, we'll identify the goals that matter most to you and explore different strategies to help you work towards them. I draw from various therapeutic theories, including narrative therapy, attachment theory, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT), all with a focus on building upon your strengths.
